Who We Are
Foton Farms LLC is a privately owned installer and provider of clean energy into the grid. Founded in 2022 by a family with a long history in environmental science and global leadership in shaping climate policy, our goal is to continue to make our small contributions to help get the planet back into balance.
Our Methodology
Foton Farms designs, finances, builds and maintains solar projects. We grow as panels, components, land, adjacent manufacturing businesses, partnerships, financing and other inputs create favorable EBITDA to other investment vehicles. Our (existing and) ideal new footprints are in central NC/SC.
Depreciation/tax considerations significantly drive decision-making, so we'll amass capacity through 2027, then selectively sell (as a whole or) in parcels to strategic buyers over the coming decade(s).
